A trip to the zoo

Kinsey and I went to Roswell, NM on Saturday and visited the zoo while we were there. I only just recently found out they had a zoo or we might have gone sooner. It's a small zoo and park but was a lot of fun. We had a very windy picnic then Kinsey played on the play ground while I read for a bit. Next she road the carousel a few times.

When we went to ride the miniature train it was over heating so we walked through the zoo. Unfortunately the middle of a hot day is not the time to walk through a zoo. We didn't see many animals but did see tons of prairie dogs. When we got back to the train it was cooled off so we got to take a scenic ride through the rest of the zoo. As we were leaving we saw these two peacocks.
